Program Introduction
Whether you have a series of nonwoven rolls, brush rolls or polyurethane rolls or a mixture of all three, we can collect, inspect, inventory, and store them so that you have an organized, well-maintained roll inventory.

Once we pick-up your rolls we perform a complete and thorough inspection of them and provide a written report outlining the condition of the roll and what work needs to be performed to ready it for service.

We even produce customized, adjustable, reusable steel shipping containers that you can stack and store in your shop with rolls readied for immediate use. We will even pre-mount your new bearings so that you simply need to 'drop in' the new rolls and run production, (see image at right).

Our roll maintenance program can be tailored to suit the needs of a single production facility, or to coordinate the needs of a series of plants distributed throughout North America.

By pooling rolls from multiple plants we're able to offer substantial savings and coordinate product usage such that plants can 'share' their spare rolls instead of each plant having to spend for their own set of spare items. Over time the cost benefits of our program can become significant savings for our customers.
